Even as an adult, I still love Dr. Seuss books. I recently bought the Cat in the Hat book for my 2 year old son. He loves that book. He always pick that book for me to read to him and I also purchased the DVD, and of course that is one my son's favorite cartoon. He watches Cat in the Hat just about everyday too. I believe the phonics like Felicia said really connects with the children and their language.
Hello Erika, I know your son going to love Dr. Seuss because my girls love his movie and his books. Not too long ago we have a Dr. Seuss weekend between movie and books. Sophia
I never thought about doing a whole weekend dedicated to Dr. Seuss movies and books. I know my son will love me lots if I did a whole weekend. Thanks for the idea!!! ;-).
Sophia - I have so enjoyed reading your blog over the weeks in our ECE Foundation course. I love that you have included so many ways to make your blog visually appealing and I am inspired to make my blog more interesting because of yours. I especially like your inspirations page and LOVE that you posted pictures of the people whose quotes you used. I look forward to getting to know you better as we continue our learning journey together. ~ Lisa Murphy
